The Potty Song

Sunday night is bath night here. She's SO going to daycare tomorrow and she needs to be at least clean-ish before she goes.

I started to give the tub a quick wipe before she hopped in as there's no sense tossing her in a yucky tub. Then when she's in the tub she wants me to hang around and talk to her so that's when I clean the rest of the bathroom. It makes easy work of a crappy job.

Underneath all the flotsam and stuff that covers our sink area was a small piece of paper.

Folks, I present to you: The Potty Song

The lyrics read:

No Potty, No Potty

I'm not sure what to think about this.

First, we are going through paper and crayons at an unbelievable clip and then there's the crayon situation. The crayons get left lying around and then the dog eats them. So far the dog is still with us.

Then there's the fact that this song exists. I know there's singing in the shower and that's a thing, but I don't usally write down the lyrics before I hop in. And I don't know about you readers, but when I am on the potty I am not singing - that's for sure.

She told me today that if I do go potty I need to sing the song.
