The Grass is Always Greener

And longer. But that's another story.

I noticed this a few days ago.

No…not the pink princess with the matching pink umbrella, purse and shoes. She’s cute but she’s not the story tonight.

The story is our lawn

If you look closely from left to right you see: lawn full of dandelions and weeds then bright green racing stripe down the middle without one weed and then more weeds and dandelions. If our front yard was a car it would be an old Camaro:

I think this is funny, this one stripe down the middle of the yard where there are NO weeds.

Not one.

Everywhere else? Weeds. Our weeds have weeds.

We had a weed man salesman knock on our door asking if we needed his services. I mean, really what would give him that idea?.

Oh, right - the weeds and dandelions.

Our neighbor next door gets the weed man services and he has no weeds and dandelions and a very pretty lawn

We have weeds all over our lawn and a very pretty princess with a fuzzy purse on a spring day.

We win.

To heck with the HOA.
